By using realty-51.com (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Marketplace role

REALTY51 is a marketplace connecting property buyers, renters, and sellers with certified agents and partners. We do not own the listed properties and are not a party to any sale or rental agreement.

2. Listings

Agents and owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. We perform reasonable verification but cannot guarantee accuracy of every detail. Always verify directly with the agent before signing or paying anything.

3. User accounts

• You must be 18+ to register
• You are responsible for the security of your account
• One account per person; no duplicate or fraudulent accounts

4. Prohibited use

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Scraping or bulk-downloading listing data
• Sending unsolicited marketing to other users
• Reverse-engineering the platform or attempting to access non-public APIs

5. Fees and payments

Browsing properties is free. Premium services (boost, hot-sale, premium-badge) are subject to the prices shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund policy: 14 days from purchase if service was not used.

6. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". REALTY51 is not liable for any losses arising from property transactions, agent conduct, or third-party services. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid by the user in the prior 12 months.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance.
