SK Pattaya Construction Development Limited is a private developer based in Pattaya, registered in Chonburi Province in 1990. According to the company itself, it has completed more than 30 projects and delivered over 5,000 apartments. Its best-known project is Whale Marina Condominium in Na Jomtien: construction started at the end of 2016 and the building was completed in 2019.

The building is completed, so you buy a ready apartment. Under the developer's terms: a 50,000 THB booking deposit is credited towards the price, 35% is paid within 30–60 days of booking — after that the buyer receives the keys and can live in the apartment or rent it out, and the balance is paid in interest-free instalments. On top of the price: sinking fund of 550 THB/m² once, maintenance of 45 THB/m² per month a year in advance, meter installation of 10,000 THB and a transfer fee.
