We will find a project for your budget and goal — living or renting out — and check the developer for free before you reserve.

Why buy through an agency?

We check before you reserve

We review the land title, building permit, the developer’s track record and the free foreign quota in the building. If something is wrong, we tell you before you reserve.

Developer price, no mark-up

Our commission is paid by the developer or seller. You pay the same price as at the sales office — sometimes less, thanks to promotions and agency discounts.

Condos from many developers

We work with major developers in Pattaya, Phuket, Hua Hin and Bangkok. We compare several projects instead of showing you the one that suits the seller.

With you until the keys

We help with the money transfer, the contract, registration at the Land Office and the handover inspection. After the purchase we can find tenants and manage the rental.

What each condo page includes

Interest-free payment plan: how it works

The price is fixed on the day of reservation and does not rise, even if the developer raises the price list. You pay in parts while the building goes up: the reservation now; the contract and first payment within 30 days; then equal payments until completion; the balance at handover. No interest is charged and no bank is involved. The first payment and number of instalments differ by project — see the “Payment plan” block on each project page.

How to choose a condo project

We will find a project that fits your needs and check the developer for free before you reserve.

New build or resale: which to choose?

New build

For buyers who plan ahead and want to pay less. The price is fixed on the reservation day and you pay interest-free instalments until completion. Units usually rise in value by handover. The downside: a 1–3 year wait, and the developer must be checked.

Resale apartment

For buyers who want to live in or rent out straight away. You see the unit, the view and the neighbours in person, and the deal takes 2–4 weeks. The full amount is paid at once, and the unit must be checked: documents, maintenance arrears, free quota.

FAQ about condos and new developments

What is a condo (condominium) in Thailand?

A condo, or condominium, is an apartment building where each unit has its own owner while the pool, gym, security and grounds are shared. A condo unit is the only home a foreigner can own outright (Foreign Freehold) — within the foreign quota of up to 49% of the building’s area.

How does buying off-plan differ from a finished unit?

The launch price is lower and payments are spread over the construction period. In return you wait for completion and take the timing risk. In a finished building you see the unit in person and can rent it out straight away.

What is an interest-free developer payment plan?

The first payment is usually 20–35%, the rest is split into equal instalments until completion. No bank is involved and no interest is charged. Terms differ by project and are listed on each project page.

Can a foreigner own a condo?

Yes, if foreign quota remains in the building — up to 49% of its area. We check the free quota before reservation because it determines the ownership type.

Which region should I buy a condo in?

Pattaya — lower entry point and a big choice of seaside condos, 1.5 hours from Bangkok. Phuket — the Andaman Sea and premium projects. Hua Hin — a calm resort for long-term living. Bangkok — condos by the metro and year-round rentals.

Where do the prices on project pages come from?

From developers’ price lists. Each price list shows its date; if it is outdated, we request a new one and update the page.

What if the developer delays completion?

The completion date and liability for delays are set in the contract. That is why we check the developer’s track record before reservation.

Can I sell before completion?

Often yes — by assigning the contract, if the developer allows it. We check the assignment terms and the developer’s fee before purchase.

Are condos sold furnished?

It depends on the project: some units come furnished and equipped, others finished but unfurnished. What is included is stated on the project page and in the contract.

Can I buy a condo remotely?

Yes. Video viewing of the show unit or site, document checks and signing by power of attorney — without travelling.
