The house is entirely single-storey — no stairs and no neighbours behind the wall. The living space is arranged around the living room and the pool: three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a mirrored sliding wardrobe and a chest of drawers; glass sliding doors open straight onto the terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, with a large window facing the pool. The third room is furnished as a study: a sofa, a desk and a bookcase. It can be used for work, relaxing or as an extra bedroom.

The living room, dining area and kitchen form one open space with access to the pool. A large corner sofa, a TV and a dining area next to it. The fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar, a fridge and a microwave. Large glass doors bring in plenty of light and connect the house with the terrace and pool.

The main advantage of this villa for rent in Huay Yai is the large private plot of 650 m². The private pool runs along the house, with a paved terrace beside it. The garden has mature trees and a hammock. The plot is fenced and screened by greenery — it cannot be seen from the street or by neighbours. Under a canopy there is a lounge area with a pool table and rattan furniture, and next to it a barbecue area with a grill. Garden care and pool service are included in the rent.

A covered garage for two cars with a separate entrance, on the property itself. Solar panels on the roof: during the day the house partly runs on solar power, so less electricity is drawn from the grid. You will need your own transport in this part of Huay Yai: the area is low-rise and suburban, and shops and the beach are not within walking distance.

The villa is let furnished and ready to move into: beds, wardrobes, sofas, dining furniture, a fitted kitchen with appliances, TVs and air conditioners. The pool table and poolside furniture stay with the house. We check crockery, bed linen and small appliances against the inventory list before the contract is signed.

Rent is 55,000 baht a month. The contract is for one year: there are no short-term rentals in the estate. The deposit is two months' rent, 110,000 baht. It is returned at the end of the contract if the house is in order and there are no unpaid bills. Electricity and water are paid separately by meter. Pool service and garden care are included in the rent.
