Origin Property was founded in 2009 by Peerapong and Arada Jaroon-ek. Its first project was the Sense of London condominium on Sukhumvit 109 in Bangkok: 8 floors and 162 apartments. Since October 2015 the company has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the ticker ORI, so its financial statements are public. The core business is condominiums near metro stations and expressways: according to the company, 121 projects and about 59,000 apartments. The group also includes Britania (houses and townhouses), Primo Service Solutions (residential property management) and Origin Hotel (hotels under the Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Accor brands).

Outside Bangkok, Origin builds where people buy homes to live by the sea and to rent out: in Pattaya, Sriracha, Rayong and Phuket. Its seaside projects are usually low-rise 8-storey buildings around a large garden with swimming pools rather than a single tall tower. The apartments are compact: studios, 1-bedroom apartments and 1-bedroom plus apartments with an extra area. They are handed over with finishes, a kitchen, air conditioning and a digital door lock, so you can move in without renovation. Completed buildings are managed by the group's own management company, Primo. It serves 139 residential projects, so residents get an established service rather than a team put together for one building.

SO Origin Pattaya is a condominium of three 8-storey buildings with 790 apartments on Sukhumvit Soi 45 in the Naklua area. Little Walk shopping mall is within walking distance, and the motorway to Bangkok starts nearby. Inside the complex there is a 36-metre beach-style pool, a kids' pool with a water slide, a gym, a yoga room and a sauna. The Origin Pattaya, another low-rise project by the company, stands nearby in the same area. In Phuket the group has eight residential projects: in Bang Tao, Kathu, Kata and Phuket Town.

Apartments at SO Origin Pattaya start from 1.84 million baht. Studios of 24.5 m² start from 1.84 million baht, 1-bedroom apartments of 26.6 m² from 1.84 million, and 1-bedroom plus apartments of 34.7 m² from 2.76 million. Prices include finishes and are taken from the developer's price list dated 25 September 2026.

The booking fee is 100,000 baht. Within 14 days of booking, the contract is signed and 30% of the price is paid; the remaining 70% is paid at handover. The maintenance fee is 55 baht per m² per month, paid one year in advance, and the sinking fund is a one-time payment of 700 baht per m². The apartments are in a condominium, so a foreigner can register an apartment in their own name under the foreign quota. For this, the money is transferred from abroad, the bank issues a transfer certificate, and it is presented at registration.

In Pattaya, Origin projects are located in Naklua near Sukhumvit Road, at the junction with North Pattaya Road where the highway to Bangkok begins. Pattaya Beach is about 3 km away, Central Festival and Terminal 21 about 4 km. Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, Little Walk and HomePro stores are nearby. In Chonburi province the company also has completed projects in Sriracha and Laem Chabang. In Phuket, Origin builds in Bang Tao, Kathu – Patong, Kata and Phuket Town.

Small fully fitted apartments near Sukhumvit are usually bought for long-term rental: this part of Pattaya is home to people who work in the city and in the industrial zone of the Eastern Seaboard. The entry price is low, and payments are spread until handover. We do not promise returns in advance: we calculate them for a specific apartment, based on its view, floor and rental prices in the area.
