Rent an apartment in Phuket for a month, a season or a year — we will find a condo by the sea or a pool villa for your budget and dates. We explain which part of the island suits you best, how rents change between high and low season, and what to check in the contract. The search is free; we handle the contract and check-in.
Rent in Phuket depends on the area, the distance to the beach and the season. The most expensive are Bang Tao, Surin and Kamala by the sea, and villas with a private pool. More affordable are Rawai, Chalong and second-line condos. In high season, November to April, rates are noticeably higher than in summer, and a long-term contract from six months fixes the price for the whole term. We will send exact prices for your dates in the shortlist.
You pay nothing for the search, the viewings or the paperwork. The final price depends on the season, the contract length and demand at the time. Longer terms often bring it down.
Before sending you an option, we confirm current photos, the condition of appliances and all payments with the owner. Viewings in person or by live video.
The standard deposit is two months, refunded on move-out. The contract is in Thai and English — the only versions legally binding in Thailand; we can provide a translation. Everything in writing.
Broken air conditioning, a question about bills, a repair needed — we deal with the owner and the building management ourselves.
Suits a single person or a couple, seasonal visitors and remote workers. The complex has a pool, gym, security and management, often with the beach within walking distance. You pay only rent and utilities.
Suits families with children, groups, or anyone who wants quiet and their own space. A private pool, garden and parking, several bedrooms. Villas are usually in gated estates away from the beach, so a car or scooter helps. Electricity bills are higher: the pool and air conditioning in several rooms.
A long beach on the west coast, the Laguna resort, restaurants and beach clubs. Many new condos — good for families and long stays.
A small calm bay between Patong and Surin. Beach, promenade, cafés — quiet, yet 15 minutes from the nightlife.
One of the island’s most beautiful beaches, with premium condos and villas. Pricier than neighbouring areas.
A quiet beach in a national park, 5–10 minutes from the airport. Ideal for frequent flyers who like peace and quiet.
The nightlife centre, with shops and restaurants. Easy without a car but noisy — chosen for short stays.
The south of the island: many expats and families, schools, supermarkets, markets. Rents are lower, beaches a few minutes away by scooter.
High season in Phuket runs from November to April: the sea is calm, tourists are many, and good beachside units go within days. If you are coming for the winter, start looking 1–2 months before arrival.
From May to October it is the rainy season with waves on the west-coast beaches: there is more choice and owners are more willing to negotiate, especially on contracts from six months. If your dates are flexible, low season is the best time to move in and lock the price for a year.
It depends on the area, the distance to the beach, the season and the contract length. The west coast by the sea costs more; the south of the island and second-line condos are more affordable. Send us your dates and budget — the shortlist will include exact prices with all payments.
Yes, significantly. High season in Phuket runs from November to April: demand is high and rates go up. A long-term contract from six months smooths this out — the price is fixed for the whole term.
Long-term rentals start at six months; one-year contracts are more common and cheaper per month. Stays from one month are possible, but the monthly rate is higher.
For long-term rentals the area, budget and approximate dates are enough. For short stays from one month we need exact arrival and departure dates, the number of guests, booked flights and passports valid for the whole trip.
Usually two months as a deposit plus the first month upfront. The deposit is returned on move-out if the unit is in order. Some owners accept one month — it is negotiable.
The tenant, by meter. Each complex has its own rates; we tell you before you sign. Internet is paid separately too.
No visa is needed to rent — a passport is enough. The owner must register a foreign tenant’s address; it is a standard procedure and we help with it.
Yes. We do live video viewings and show you anything you ask, including the view and the condition of appliances. The contract is signed remotely and the keys are handed over on arrival.
