🏠 Floor plan
Type E has a separate bedroom plus a living room with a kitchen, and one bathroom. This is not a studio: the sleeping area is closed off by a door, which noticeably changes both daily life in the apartment and how it performs as a rental.
There are only ten apartments of this size in the development, all of them in Building B. The other one-bedroom units — from 40.8 to 47.5 m² — are in Building A and cost more: from 7,460,000 ฿. The Type E plan is in the listing gallery.
🌊 View and location
Building B has thirty-one storeys and hotel-style service. The windows face the sea, as in every apartment in the development.
A caveat about the view: several high-rise buildings stand between the complex and the water, so from the lower floors the sea will be partly blocked, and an open panorama starts higher up. We check the exact floor against the plan before you book — the price depends on it too.
🛋 What the price includes
Under the developer's handover standard, Type E comes with:
• kitchen units with an extractor hood, hob, sink and mixer tap
• a wardrobe
• a seating platform with a storage drawer
• a shelf above the headboard
• two air conditioners
The two air conditioners follow directly from the layout: one unit in the bedroom and another in the living room. The studios in the development have just one.
Furniture and appliances beyond this list are not part of the standard.
💰 Price and terms
5,990,000 ฿ according to the developer's price list; the date is in the listing. Instalments run through the whole construction period, with no interest and no bank involved: a 100,000 ฿ reservation, then payments on a schedule and the final settlement when the keys are handed over.
The schedules for the foreign quota and the Thai quota differ in the first instalment and in the number of payments — we will go through this before the reservation is paid.
In addition: the common area fee per square metre, a one-off contribution to the sinking fund and the transfer registration fee.

We will check the view from a specific floor, explain the difference between the quotas and handle the purchase. Your price is the same as at the developer's sales office.
