Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on one level. The main bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a desk by the window, with a bathroom with a bathtub attached. The second bedroom has two single beds and a sliding-door wardrobe — for children or guests — with the second bathroom and shower next to it. The living room and dining area form one space with full-height doors onto the lawn and the pool: sofas, a wall-mounted television and a dining table for six. The kitchen is separate, in wood: an oven, a microwave, an extractor hood and a large fridge. The house is single-storey: no stairs, no neighbours through the wall, no noise from above.

The pool runs along the house with a lawn along its edge; you step out to it straight from the living room. The 429 m² plot is fenced, with mature trees around it — the estate was settled long ago, and the greenery here has grown, not been planted yesterday. Pool cleaning and garden care are included in the rate — the owner takes care of them.

Access is through the house's own gate, with parking on the plot by the entrance. There is room for guests to park too, without blocking the lane. You will need a car here: the area is rural, and shops and the beach are beyond walking distance.

The house is let fully furnished: beds, wardrobes, sofas, a dining set, kitchen appliances, a television and air conditioning in the rooms. You can move in with a suitcase. Kitchenware, bed linen and small appliances are confirmed against a list before the contract is signed.

58,000 ฿ per month. The contract is signed for a year: there is no short-term rent in this estate. The deposit is two monthly rates, that is 116,000 ฿. It is returned on departure provided the house and the meters are in order. Electricity and water are paid separately by meter. Pool and garden maintenance is included in the rate.
