The choice needs to be made before finishing work, so the earlier you decide, the easier it is for the developer. The layout is rectangular, with no cut corners or dead-end corridors. This is the most popular format in the project: a couple, a family with a child, and rental purposes are all covered by one apartment. 🚧 Construction timeline

Construction began in Q4 2024, with completion scheduled for Q2 2027 — less than a year from today. As of August 19, 2026, 445 out of 474 apartments have been sold, and the developer has announced a sale of the last 29 units. Construction is carried out by Empire Group, which has completed fourteen buildings in Pattaya over twenty years, half of them in neighboring areas of Jomtien: you can go and see how they look ten years after completion.
