The second bathroom separates the zones: hosts and guests are not sharing one bathroom, and the second bedroom works as a properly separate space. For a family with a child, and for two couples, that counts for more than a few extra square metres.
📐 Available sizes
This layout comes in five sizes: 79.75 · 79.9 · 80 · 81.65 · 97.3 m². Four of them fall within about two square metres of one another: in floor area it is the same apartment, and the choice comes down to floor, view and block. The 97.3 m² option stands apart — more than 15 m² larger than the next size down (81.65 m²) — and gives the living room a different scale. Across the 2 Bedroom Executive range there are 56 units in total.
🌊 Views
Views break down as follows: sea — 28 units, sea and city — 18, water park — 10. A sea view comes with 46 of the 56 units, while a pure city view is not offered here at all. In the 1 Bedroom Superior, a sea view goes to only a minority of units; here the question is different: open sea, or sea with a city panorama.
🏢 Floors and blocks
The type runs from the 4th to the 37th floor and is split almost evenly between the two blocks: 25 units in Block A and 31 in Block B. With the layout identical, the floor level is still what drives the price — the upper levels are more expensive and quieter, the lower ones are closer to the pool and the lobby.
🔑 What the price includes
Apartments are handed over fully finished and with the developer's furniture package. The contract sets out what the package contains, and we go through it before signing. There is no need to budget separately for fitting out and furnishing: the apartment is ready to move into or to hand over to a tenant.
📅 Payment schedule
Foreign quota: 30% within 30 days of reservation, with the reservation fee counted towards that 30%; then 20% in instalments — three payments of 6.67% every six months over the construction period; 50% on handover of the keys.
Thai quota: 20% within 30 days of reservation, with the reservation fee counted towards that 20%; then 15% in equal monthly instalments; 65% on handover of the keys.
The reservation fee for a two-bedroom apartment is ฿200,000.
