🏠 Floor plan
Type J has two separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and two bathrooms. Because the bedrooms are set apart, the apartment works equally well for a family with a child, for two couples and for letting to two separate parties.
The development has other two-bedroom units as well: 88.86 m² and 89.75 m² — a couple of metres roomier and 500,000 ฿ more expensive. There is also a compact 65.28 m² type from 12,081,900 ฿, but there are only five such units and the developer has not yet released the floor plans for them — we will show them on request if price is what matters most.
🌊 View and location
Building A has sixty storeys and is the residential tower of the development. Apartments of this type run from the seventh to the fifty-first floor — the widest spread in height of any type here.
A caveat about the view: several high-rise buildings stand between the complex and the sea, so from the lower floors the panorama will be partly blocked, and an open view starts higher up. For this type the difference between the seventh and the fifty-first floor is decisive — for the view and for the price. We match the exact floor to your budget.
🛋 What the price includes
Under the developer's handover standard, Type J comes with:

• three air conditioners
• a bathtub
That is noticeably more than the studios and one-bedroom apartments in the development get: those have neither an oven nor a bathtub. Furniture and appliances beyond the list are not part of the standard.
💰 Price and terms
15,270,000 ฿ according to the developer's price list; the date is in the listing. Upper floors of the same type reach 21,684,600 ฿ — the only difference is the height.
Instalments run through the whole construction period, with no interest and no bank involved: a 200,000 ฿ reservation for two-bedroom units, then payments on a schedule and the final settlement when the keys are handed over. The schedules for the foreign quota and the Thai quota differ — we will go through this before the reservation is paid.
In addition: the common area fee per square metre, a one-off contribution to the sinking fund and the transfer registration fee.
