Tower B is given over to a hotel-style serviced format, so alongside the residents there are guests checking in and out. The scale is set by the complex itself: 896 apartments in the two towers.

Instalments during construction, the same as for the apartments in the project: booking, contract, payments on schedule and the final settlement at handover. The schedules for the foreign quota and the Thai quota differ.
