APUS Development

APUS Development was founded in 2007 under the name Vareejinda Co., Ltd.; today it is APUS Development Group. Its founders and main shareholders are Vichapol Srisuriyachai, owner of the pool construction company Home & Pool Pattaya, and Chalermphon Khoncham, owner of a large construction company on Thailand's Eastern Seaboard. The company is local: its office is in Nong Prue, and all its projects are in and around Pattaya. Its first project was the APUS condominium in central Pattaya, completed in 2010. The company then moved from low-rise buildings to high-rise towers by the sea.

APUS builds one large building at a time and chooses plots by the sea or with a view of the bay. Its latest projects are high-rise towers: by the sea in Jomtien, on the beachfront in Bang Saray and at the top of Pratumnak Hill. Andromeda was designed by KTGY Inter-Associates, with landscaping by Vista Pagoda and interiors by makeAscene. Apartments are sold furnished, and the upper floors are reserved for large corner apartments, four per floor.

Andromeda is a 36-storey condominium with 216 apartments on Pratumnak Hill, one minute's drive from Cozy Beach. It was completed at the end of 2019, and studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments with views of the sea or Jomtien Bay are on sale. Cetus Beachfront is a high-rise building by the sea in Jomtien, completed in 2015. Del Mare is a beachfront tower on Bang Saray beach. APUS Condominium, the company's first project, consists of two 8-storey buildings in central Pattaya and was completed in 2010. At Andromeda the booking fee is 50,000 baht. The sinking fund is 600 baht per m², paid once; the maintenance fee is 55 baht per m² per month, paid 24 months in advance. The buyer pays the registration fee for the apartment. The apartments are in a condominium, so a foreigner can register an apartment in their own name under the foreign quota. To do so, the money is transferred from abroad, and the bank issues a transfer certificate that is presented at registration.

APUS projects are located in different parts of Pattaya: on Pratumnak near Cozy Beach and the Royal Varuna Yacht Club, in Jomtien, in the city centre and in Bang Saray south of Pattaya. The company's office is in Nong Prue.

APUS buildings are already completed, so the buyer sees a finished building, the actual view from the window and the condition of the common areas rather than renderings. Furnished apartments can be let right after registration. We do not promise returns in advance: we calculate them for a specific apartment, based on its view, floor and rental prices in the area.

We will send the current price list with views and floors, floor plans and photos of the apartments, and select an apartment for your budget. We will explain how to transfer money from abroad to register the apartment in your name and calculate the full amount with all payments. Your price is the same as the developer's: we do not charge for selection and support. The deal can be completed remotely; you do not have to come to Thailand.
