Dusit Grand Park has six buildings, from Tower A to Tower F, lined up along a long lagoon with a clubhouse under a white tent roof in its centre. The courtyard is laid out as a tropical garden — palms, lawns, footbridges over the water, a water slide and a kids' area with mushroom fountains. Apartments face either the pool or the garden. Dusit Grand Park 2 by the same developer stands next door, so the neighbourhood is quiet and long settled.

The complex stands on Thepprasit Soi 9, in a residential part of Jomtien. Jomtien Beach is about 1.2 km away, the nearest Family Mart is 110 m, with Thai cafés and seafood restaurants nearby. Jomtien market is about 1.6 km, Underwater World Pattaya 2.5 km. From Sukhumvit Road it is 1.3 km along Thepprasit Road and another 1.4 km along Soi 9. U-Tapao Airport is about 50 km away.

The building is completed, and each unit has its own title deed (chanote). The transaction takes place at the Land Department: the owner transfers the unit to the buyer on the day of payment. Under the foreign quota the unit is registered in full ownership (Foreign Freehold) — for this, the purchase funds are transferred to Thailand from abroad. Before booking we check the title deed, the quota, the absence of debts to the condominium juristic person and the condition of the unit, and calculate all transfer costs and mandatory fees of the complex.
