Buy an apartment in Once Pattaya

Once Pattaya is a 32-storey tower with 427 apartments on a 3,715 m² plot. The building is completed and in use: owners and tenants live here, and the developer sells the remaining apartments directly, including under the foreign quota. Next to the tower is the Hilton Garden Inn Pattaya City hotel, built by the same developer. In 2022 the project received the national FIABCI-Thai Prix d'Excellence award in the residential condominium category.

The building stands on Pattaya Sai 3, at the junction with North Pattaya Road. North Pattaya beach is a few minutes away, Central Pattaya about 10 minutes by car, with Terminal 21 and the Dolphin Roundabout nearby. U-Tapao Airport is about 45 minutes away. It is a lively but not touristy area: banks, restaurants, shopping malls and a hospital are close by, and the sea is within walking distance.

Once Pattaya is a completed condominium, so you can view the apartment in person and complete the purchase right away, without waiting for construction. Under the foreign quota the apartment is registered in full ownership in the buyer's name, with its own title deed for the unit (chanote). The money for the purchase is transferred from abroad, and the bank issues a confirmation of the transfer. Payment terms and transfer costs are confirmed from the developer's current price list before booking.

Apartments in Once Pattaya can be rented out immediately after purchase. The developer itself rents out apartments in this building: studios from 19,000 ฿ per month, 1-bedroom apartments from 25,000 ฿, 2-bedroom apartments from 47,500 ฿, the penthouse from 240,900 ฿.
