Honour Thailand

Honour Thailand, also known as Honour Group, is a family-run development group from Pattaya. The company is headed by Tida Cherdsuriya, with Chris Cherdsuriya as advisor to the board. Projects are run by separate group companies: Honour Asset Development, Honour Once, Honour Place and Honour Hotel and Retail. The group's first property was The Siamese Hotel Pattaya, opened in 2013. It was followed by the T Pattaya and XQ Pattaya hotels, the Honour Place office building, the Once Pattaya condominium and the again Pattaya shopping mall. The group works in one area: the north of Pattaya, around the Dolphin Roundabout and along Pattaya-Naklua Road.

Honour builds more than housing: the group owns hotels, a shopping mall and restaurants, and its residential towers are part of that setting. Once Pattaya stands in one complex with the Hilton Garden Inn Pattaya City hotel; Hilton signed the hotel management agreement with the group in 2019. Once Wongamat is the company's largest project: a 239-metre tower with 56 floors and 548 apartments, next to again Pattaya mall and 150 metres from Terminal 21. Design and construction are carried out by Bouygues-Thai, the Thai company of the French Bouygues group. Inside are pools on the 36th and 50th floors, a gym, a cinema, a co-working space and a rooftop bar, and the apartments are designed with sea views. Besides condominiums, Honour develops low-rise projects: two-storey pool villas at Spectra Residence and an estate of eight plots for building a house at Bliss Jomtien.

Once Wongamat is a luxury condominium in Naklua on Pattaya-Naklua Road, with apartments from one bedroom up to penthouses of 350–430 m². Units are sold under both the foreign and the Thai quota. Spectra Residence offers 45 two-storey villas near Mabprachan Reservoir in the Pong area: the MOONLIGHT type of 240 m² and the SUNLIGHT type of 350 m², each with four bedrooms. Regents, Rugby School and Mooltripakdee international schools are nearby. Bliss Jomtien offers eight plots of 800–1,050 m² on Na Jomtien Soi 2, 110 metres from Sukhumvit Road and less than a kilometre from Na Jomtien beach. Once Pattaya is a 427-unit condominium in Naklua, in one complex with Hilton Garden Inn. The building is completed and occupied; its apartments are sold on the resale market.

Apartments at Once Wongamat under the foreign quota start from 11.6 million baht for a 1-bedroom unit of 54–56 m². 2-bedroom apartments start from 18.9 million, 3-bedroom from 34 million, and penthouses from 116 million baht. At Once Wongamat the reservation deposit for a 1-bedroom apartment under the foreign quota starts from 200,000 baht. 30% of the price is paid on signing the contract, another 30% in instalments during construction and 40% on handover of the keys. The developer also offers an interest-free instalment plan of up to 60 months. A foreigner can register a condominium apartment in full ownership under the foreign quota. A house and land at Spectra Residence or Bliss Jomtien cannot be registered that way: the land is taken on a long-term lease or bought through a Thai company. Honour's main projects are in North Pattaya and Naklua: the area around the Dolphin Roundabout, Terminal 21, again Pattaya mall and Wongamat beach. Spectra Residence villas are in the east, near Mabprachan Reservoir, where families with children at international schools live. Bliss Jomtien plots are in the south, in Na Jomtien.

Once Wongamat is an off-plan purchase, so what matters is not only the developer but also the chosen apartment, view, floor and entry price. For some apartments the developer offers a guaranteed return; which units are included and on what terms we confirm from the current price list. Villas and plots are first of all a purchase for living, and we do not promise any return on them in advance.

We will work out the ownership structure and calculate the full amount with all costs. Your price is the same as the developer's: we do not charge for selection and support.
