The residences stand on the shore of the Gulf of Thailand in Khao Takiap, on the southern edge of Hua Hin. The plot of about 14,400 m² holds a seven-storey building, seven four-storey buildings and four single-storey villas right by the beach, with gardens, pools and beach access between them.
Design and service come from The Standard, the boutique hotel brand from New York, London, Miami, Bangkok and Hua Hin. The developer is Sansiri, one of Thailand's largest listed companies.

💳 How to register ownership
A foreigner can own a condominium unit freehold in their own name under the foreign quota. The purchase funds are transferred from abroad, and the bank issues a transfer certificate for registration at the Land Department.
