The Base Central Pattaya is a Sansiri condominium in the very centre of Pattaya, on Second Road: about 300 metres to Central Festival and the beach. The Base Central Pattaya stands on a plot of about 9,600 m² on Pattaya Second Road in the central part of the city. Two residential towers of 31 and 27 storeys plus a separate four-storey car park. Sales started in February 2013, construction ran from 2014 to 2016. The developer is Sansiri, one of the largest listed property companies in Thailand; THE BASE is its line of city condominiums.
