🏠 Floor plan
Type B is a compact 29.9 m² studio with one bathroom. The living area and the kitchen share a single space, the sleeping area sits by the window, and the bathroom is a separate room by the entrance.
The floor plan is in the listing gallery: it shows how the furniture is arranged and how the space is divided. The development has eight studio types in all, from 28 to 35.3 m² — if you need a different size or a different configuration, we will show you the closest alternatives in the same price list.
🌊 View and location
Building B has thirty-one storeys and hotel-style service. The windows face the sea: every apartment in the development is sea-facing.
An honest caveat: several high-rise buildings stand between the complex and the water, so from the lower floors the view will be partly blocked, and a clear panorama starts higher up. We check the exact floor, and what you will see from it, against the plan before you book — it affects the price as well.
🛋 What the price includes
Under the developer's handover standard, a Type B apartment comes with:
• kitchen units with an extractor hood, hob, sink and mixer tap
• a wardrobe
• a shelf above the headboard
• an air conditioner
Furniture and appliances beyond this list are not part of the standard. The developer has a separate Olivia Living furniture package for studios — we will send the specification, with the list of items and their dimensions, on request.
💰 Price and terms
4,580,000 ฿ according to the developer's price list; the date is shown in the listing. Instalments run through the whole construction period, with no interest and no bank involved: a 100,000 ฿ reservation, then payments on a schedule and the final settlement when the keys are handed over.
The schedules for the foreign quota and the Thai quota differ, both in the first instalment and in the number of payments. We go through the difference before the reservation is paid: it changes the amount due at the start and the way the paperwork is done.
Additional costs: the common area fee per square metre, a one-off contribution to the sinking fund and the transfer registration fee.

We will check the view from a specific floor, explain the difference between the quotas and handle the purchase. Your price is the same as at the developer's sales office.
