You can buy an apartment in Grand Bay View Pattaya from 2 835 000 ฿ for a 23 m² studio. The project offers studios, 1- to 4-bedroom apartments and two-level penthouses of up to 227 m². Units are available under both the Foreign Quota and the Thai Quota. The complex's main feature is its infrastructure, split between the two towers: a swimming pool and thermal area, fitness and yoga, a kids club, coworking, the Sky Club, panoramic lounges and restaurants.
🏢 About Grand Bay View
The two towers of equal height are connected by a bridge and visually form a single architectural silhouette. In the developer's materials, the project concept is compared with the modern high-rise architecture of Singapore, Dubai and Miami.
The infrastructure is split between the two buildings, and residents of the complex can use all of the communal areas. Building A houses the gym, yoga studio, panoramic cardio room, Sky Club, restaurants and relaxation areas. 💰 Apartment prices
The starting price is 2 835 000 ฿ for a 23 m² studio. The price of a specific apartment depends on several parameters: floor area, floor, layout and the view from the windows. Apartments with a panoramic bay view cost more than comparable units with a city view.
Units are offered under both the Foreign Quota and the Thai Quota. The base price list is the same for both quotas, but the final terms and possible discounts may differ.
We work from the developer's current price list with no agency markup and can select available apartments to match a specific budget, floor and view.
📝 Installments and payments
An interest-free installment plan is available for the construction period. Payment terms:
• Reservation — 200 000 ฿
• Upon signing the contract — 30%
• 5 payments of 11% every 5 months
• Upon handover of the keys — 15%
The sale and purchase agreement is signed within 30 days of reservation.
Additional payments:
• 1% — ownership transfer costs
• 600 ฿/m² — one-time contribution to the Sinking Fund
• 55 ฿/m² per month — maintenance fee, the first year is paid in advance
