The Riviera Wongamat Beach is a project by The Riviera Group under the motto Glamorous Lifestyle, Ocean Dreams: two glass towers, a resort-style courtyard with a tropical garden and an open-air hotel-style lobby. The complex stands on a plot of about 13,100 m² with a 75 m frontage. Soi 16 is a dead end, so there is no through traffic and it is quiet. Parking is covered, with 249 spaces. The Riviera Group is the founder and co-developer of the neighbouring The Palm Wongamat Beach. The South Tower has 507 apartments: about 235 studios, about 230 1-Bedroom and about 40 2-Bedroom apartments; the North Tower has another 472.

The building stands in Wongamat, North Pattaya, at the end of Naklua Soi 16. Wongamat Beach is about a 2-minute walk along the road almost opposite the building. The Palm Wongamat, the Centara Grand Mirage and Pullman hotels and the Sanctuary of Truth are nearby. Terminal 21, Central Marina and Pattaya Beach Road are a few minutes away by car, and North Pattaya Road gives quick access to Sukhumvit Road.

A condominium apartment is registered as ownership with its own title deed for the unit — the Chanote. Under the foreign quota, the apartment is registered in the buyer's name, the purchase funds are transferred to Thailand from abroad, and the bank issues a transfer certificate. Before booking we check the Chanote, the quota and any maintenance arrears on the specific apartment, and the purchase can be completed remotely.

Sea-view studios and 1-Bedroom apartments a 2-minute walk from Wongamat Beach are a sought-after format for long-term and seasonal rental in North Pattaya, and the rooftop and courtyard pools attract tenants all year round. Income is not guaranteed: the result depends on the apartment, view, floor and management.
