The Riviera Jomtien is a project by The Riviera Group under the motto Born to be Glamorous: green walls and gardens in the façade, a lobby with chandeliers and carved panels, and a resort-style courtyard with pools and a tropical garden. The 46-storey tower stands on a plot of about 10,000 m² with a frontage of almost 300 m along Jomtien Second Road. The ground floors hold commercial units with cafés and shops, and the covered car park has 319 spaces. The building has 6 high-speed lifts in three lift lobbies. Most apartments in the building are 1-Bedroom — more than 700 — plus about 270 studios, about 60 2-Bedroom apartments and a few duplexes.

The building stands in central Jomtien, on Jomtien Second Road. Its own road leads to Jomtien Beach — about a 2-minute walk. Jomtien Beach Road with its cafés and restaurants is close by, and Jomtien Second Road and Thepprasit Road give quick access to Sukhumvit Road and Pattaya. Pattaya Park, Big Buddha Hill and Dongtan Beach are nearby, and Walking Street and Bali Hai Pier are a few minutes away by car.

A condominium apartment is registered as ownership with its own title deed for the unit — the Chanote. Under the foreign quota, the apartment is registered in the buyer's name, the purchase funds are transferred to Thailand from abroad, and the bank issues a transfer certificate. Before booking we check the Chanote, the quota and any maintenance arrears on the specific apartment, and the purchase can be completed remotely.

Sea-view studios and 1-Bedroom apartments a 2-minute walk from the beach are the most sought-after format for long-term and seasonal rental in Jomtien, and the big pool with water slides and the rooftop pools attract tenants all year round. Income is not guaranteed: the result depends on the apartment, view, floor and management.
