Empire Group's main argument is not renders, but built buildings. From 2008 to 2023, the company completed 14 condominiums in Pattaya, and every one is sold out: Hyde Park I and II, Pattaya Heights, Park Lane Jomtien with 608 units, Sunset Boulevard I and II, The View, Paradise Park with 507 units, Art on the Hill, The Vision, Amazon, City Center Residence, The Orient with 526 units. The most recent, completed in 2023, is the 23-storey The Empire Tower in Jomtien — 443 units. Most of these buildings stand in the same areas where new construction is underway: on the way to a viewing, you can see with your own eyes what Empire Group's projects look like after ten or more years of operation — the best test for any developer.

🏗 Who is Empire Group

Empire Group is a full-cycle developer from Pattaya: it builds, manages completed buildings, and handles sales itself. The company was founded and is headed by Menahem Haim, who has worked in the Pattaya market for over 15 years; the second generation of the family is involved in management, with operations director Pudthachad Sucharitakul on the team since 2011. The parent structure is The Empire Dynasty Company Limited, while a separate legal entity is created for each project: for Embassy Condominium it is The Embassy Development Co., Ltd. (formerly Matrix Developments), for Embassy Life it is The EMBS Life Co., Ltd. These are the names you will see in the contract and the chanote — there will be no discrepancies with the documents.

⭐️ The developer's signature style

Empire Group's signature format is a resort condominium with a large enclosed territory: swimming pools, gardens, recreation areas. Most of the portfolio consists of low-rise eight-storey complexes made up of several buildings, such as Park Lane Jomtien on a 7 rai plot or The Orient; there is also experience in high-rise construction — the 20-storey The View and the 23-storey The Empire Tower. Units are handed over finished and furnished — a fully furnished format that owners can move into right after acceptance. Each project has its own concept: Embassy Condominium, for example, features three buildings in French style around a central garden.

More than 80% sold; studios from 3,190,000 ฿ in the Thai quota and from 4,490,000 ฿ in the foreign quota. • Embassy World — the largest: 6 buildings with 1,066 units, 200 meters from the sea, studios from 2,390,000 ฿. 💳 Installment plan and payment

For the Embassy projects, a unified payment schedule applies in the foreign quota: booking 50,000 ฿ (included in the price) → 27% within a month → 48% interest-free installments for the entire construction period with payments every 6 months → 25% at handover. In the Thai quota: 25% after booking → 25% → 50% at handover. Foreign Freehold is available in all current projects within the 49% foreign quota. The developer's installment plan is interest-free — no bank financing is required.
